Oceanfront 3BR/2BA Condo! Walk to Beach Bars, Restaurants, grocery and more!

We had a wonderful week staying here in Cherry Grove! The condo was very comfortable and had plenty of room for my husband and me, our daughter and son-in-law, and our two grandchildren. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we especially loved having the washer and dryer right in the kitchen. It was so convenient being able to wash wet towels and clothes after coming back from the beach or pool. Everything was great overall, and we really enjoyed our stay. There were just a couple of minor things worth mentioning. The dishwasher and oven are very close together, and although the dishwasher worked great, we had to hold onto the door when opening it, which was a little unusual, but we made it work. When we arrived, the hot water was turned off. There was a note on the refrigerator explaining this, but I didn't notice it right away, so I had to call to find out how to turn the main water valve on. Once we figured that out, everything was fine. The only other issue was the television in the den. There were several different remotes, and the TV was not a smart TV, so there weren't any streaming options. We don't watch much TV when we're on vacation, so it wasn't a big deal, but I did message/email the realty company about it and never heard back. We eventually figured out how to get the TV working around the third day. Those were minor inconveniences, and overall we had a great experience. The condo was spacious, comfortable, well stocked, and a great place for our family to spend the week. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We were staying in room 304 great room and great location room was just cleaned and we came in and moved the coffee pot and roaches ran everywhere we killed 3 and I called management this was on Sunday and nobody ever came out till I had to call back on Wednesday and by that time we found more in the toaster and Kurig so we set those out on the balcony. Very unclean and disgusting we didn’t drive all this way to take bugs home! Was told if I bought any kind of bug killer I’d be reimbursed but once again I’m not worried about 10$ of killer I’m more worried about bugs crawling everywhere including master bathroom living room and kitchen. Will be my last time staying here

Overall a very nice week. The unit is in a great location in my opinion. The building and ground are all taken care of and clean. The unit itself was your average beach condo. A few areas that require attention. A broken handle on the sliding glass door made it difficult to open from the outside for children and the elderly. A toilet seat with a crack that pinched. The fridge should probably be replaced, it works but even their instructions tell you to not overload it and it took 2 days to get to full cooling and ice making. There was a coachroach or 2 killed during the stay. A larger kitchen garbage can is needed. For larger families it was a hassle. All those we dealt with and still had a great time. I leave this as feedback for some pretty easy fixes.
