• The hallway provides access to:
  • Oceanfront 2BR/2BA unit with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
  • Ocean-view 1BR/1BA unit with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
    Important Policies:
• No Smoking & No Pets:
  • This unit is strictly non-smoking—smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property.
  • Pets are not allowed—no exceptions.
• Parking:
  • Up to 2 parking permits will be provided per reservation.
  • Boats and trailers are not permitted, but motorcycles are allowed.
• Fireworks & Laser Pointers:
  • Fireworks are illegal within city limits and strictly prohibited on the property.
  • Laser pointers are also illegal and may not be used from the property.
• Age Requirement & House Rules:
  • House parties are strictly prohibited.
  • We cater to families with children.
  • If booking as a group of individuals, ALL guests must be over the age of 25.
  • We do not allow chaperoned student groups or student bookings unless all guests are over 25 years old.
