Owner tried to masked the old mattress by putting 12 mattress covers in it. Master closet was filled with owners’ stuff, excess pillows, furniture. Had to rearrange just to hang clothes. Left a week early because we could no longer tolerate the bed. All of this information was hand written and provided to the office when we left." (2/5)
