- Parking: Due to limited space, only 3 to 4 vehicles may be parked at the property. Boats, trailers, and motorcycles are not allowed.
- Fireworks & Laser Pointers: The discharge of fireworks is illegal within city limits and strictly prohibited on the property. Laser pointers are also now illegal and may not be used.

If you stay here and have a lowered vehicle you will have to put something down to keep from scraping coming in and out of driveway. Overall a great place!
Nice home with plenty of room for a family of 6. The kitchen definitely needs more cookware & utensils. The house was clean but the dishes had to be washed before use. The location was perfect and the community pool were great!
